Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Klavuz Chat account. This page is provided to meet Google Play account deletion requirements.
1. Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Klavuz Chat app
- Go to Me / Settings / Account Settings
- Tap “Delete account”
- Complete the confirmation steps
Your account, messages, friends list, and in-app purchases will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
2. Request deletion by email
- If you cannot access the app, send an account deletion request to:

- Your registered phone number or username
- A clear statement that you want your account deleted
Requests are processed within 7 days.
3. Data that is deleted
- Profile information
- Messages and media
- Friends and interaction records
- In-app coins, diamonds, and similar digital balances
Data that must be kept by law may be retained until the legal period ends, then deleted or anonymized.
